Hi, and Welcome to Amy's Creative Side - if you aren't a regular reader, take a few minutes to poke around and get to know my creative side a little!  I have a list of the recently popular posts in my sidebar, just scroll down a bit to find it.

I have a fabulous Frolic layer cake to giveaway today --

Layer Cake = 42 coordinating 10" squares

To win --
1 - Leave me a comment, maybe what you would make with the layer cake...or something interesting :)
2 - Subscribe or follow my blog, or let me know that you already do.
3 - Like Amy's Creative Side on Facebook

Each comment you leave is an entry to the giveaway - my comments are numbered so each one is important for your chances.

Thanks to Sew, Mama, Sew for hosting this fun event once again!!

Good luck - I'll select a winner on Thursday, May 20th - just before Blogger's Quilt Festival begins on Friday!

I came to your site for the SMS giveaway, and got sucked in to looking at all your quilts! AMAZING! And your tutorials are wonderful! I'm a very beginner quilter (haven't completed my first one yet) but I would be thrilled to win this! if the cover is anything to go by, the fabric will be amazing! Maybe they'll look good in my kitchen.... Stand mixer and bread maker covers! :) Though that may be too ambitious for a beginner like me. :) Thanks so much for posting!

Hi,

not sure if my comments are appearing ... I've just followed your blog on google reader and looking forward to reading your archive posts...

Crafty Librarian said...

Guess there was a comment problem. I wrote to say that I love the definition of the word frolic "An outburst of fun, gaiety, or mirth" - a perfect description of this fabric. It deserves to be seen and bring joy to as many people as possible, so I would make a fabulous picnic quilt (with sensible backing - the weather here is by no means reliable), for lazy summer afternoons in the park with my small person. The colours are perfect for hiding the inevitable splashes and stains, and I could use the quilt in the winter for indoor tea parties with the small one as a happy reminder of the warm weather.

Crafty Librarian said...

Oh, and I also became a fan on facebook - love web 2.0, so many ways to play!
