I know that it is possible to see the quilts from the festival online, but why not support your fellow quilting blogger in our very own online quilt festival!?
Beginning this Friday, April 17th I am going to host a week long Bloggers Quilt Festival! Can you tell I'm excited? This is going to be sooo much fun!
How do you get involved?
Be thinking about, and post on Friday, your favorite completed quilt project, and the story that goes with it. I will have mister linky sign-ups here starting Friday for an entire week. Then we can visit everyone on the list and leave fabulous comments about their favorite quilt :)
Did I tell you that there's prizes? Yes, fabric prizes!!! (Happy Dance here) I have 7 amazing giveaways already! (If you are a shop interested in sponsoring the event email me via my profile.) At the end of our festival - I will use the random number generator to award prizes, this time -- I'm just doing one entry per person. (Yes I learned my lesson Anna!)
Right now you can help me spread the word - more the merrier! Grab the button and start telling your friends.
I need to go finish my DQS, STUD and virtual bee blocks before I get too carried away here :) Have a great week!
Amy
PS - if you are not already a subscriber/follower be sure to add me to your reader so you don't miss out!

Great timing...My Bama Love quilt was just finished...did two months research on her using Ancestery.com. Also interviewed old locals in the area. Bama made her home in the area that I live...was one of our early settlers...her life was hard, there were two murders in her family, she raised her kids on her own, was a midwife, healer, preacher and bee keeper. Her mom was the best moonshiner in the county...like I said...a very interesting woman. Born in 1877 and died in 1961....You can read all about her on my blog.
Ann
