  4. I am thankful that I get to go away this weekend with my family. A whole weekend to be together, with no tv, no computer and no quilting to do (though I am planning on attending one quilting show). A weekend where we got to pick one thing that we each wanted to do. I am also thankful for my quilting friends who remind me to be thankful and to those who helps me with quilting along the way.

  7. I am grateful that the good Lord has held me/us up in terrible times.

I am thrilled that we have survived (chuckle) 48 yrs. of marriage this
    week.

Our greatest gift is that we have 3 beautiful grandchildren, because we didn't kill our kids. (That's a chuckle, too)

Have a beautiful weekend. TTFN ~ Marydon

  14. I'm thankful for my health and the health of my family.

I'm thankful I had my grandfather my whole life. He died yesterday at 93 and he was as good and kind a man as any man could hope to be.

  15. It's great when people count their blessings, we can never count them all but we can begin.
Every blog post I write has a list of Blessings at the end...just another way to encourage others and remind myself.
God's blessings on you, yours and the work of your hands and heart.
