Sew-n-Tell

I've been working to finish up my doll quilt all week. It needs to get in the mail Monday! But I think I will admire it until then :)

Flowers for . . .
I've titled this quilt "Flowers for . . . " I will have to update you with who the flowers are for once it is received. Now I just need to wait and see what arrives in my mailbox! That's the best part! Getting a quilt just for you that you had no part in creating :)

Flowers for . . . Detail
Here's a detail shot - I added a few beads to give the flowers in the center some sparkle, and hand-quilted the entire thing. I don't know how some of you only hand-quilt, my fingers hurt!

If you have something to sew-n-tell head over to Amy's blog and link up!

Have a great weekend~
Amy

  26. It's such a pretty quilt. I've done hand quilting on a couple quilts this year--it takes time, but some projects really need hand quilting, I think.
