I asked Michelle to share a little about herself and her shop --
Hello, I'm Michelle, from Rosebud Quilting. You can find me on my blog Rosebud Quilting, where I blog mostly about quilting and fabric, but I also enjoy knitting, gardening, rubber stamping, and of course photography. I have a long arm quilting business {Gammill statler stitcher}, that at present I have just been working with local clients. I branched out into the on-line fabric selling about August of 2009 and I have a shop on Etsy. I carry a great selection of Kaffe Fassett prints and shot cottons, along with Phillip Jacobs, Amy Butler, Heather Bailey, Denyse Schmidt and later this month expecting Joel Dewberry's newest line. I hope to keep expanding my selection. I sell by the yard, half yard and fat quarter. I also carry jelly rolls, charm packs and am in the process of making up quilt kits. I use the Accuquilt for precision cutting with numerous dye templates (Dresden plate, drunkard's path, diamond, heart, basket, 2 1/2 inch strips, 5" squares, 3" squares, half-square triangles, 1" squares). I love fabric and quilting and am enjoying meeting all the great new friends on-line, an added bonus that I had no idea how wonderful it would be. I keep learning and getting inspired by all wonderful people who blog. Looking forward to a great 2010 year.

ReplyDeleteOK, you gotta stop featuring fab etsy shops, I had to take a little detour to buy some things. I LOVE it when people go ahead & make pre-cuts from fabrics you can't normally find in any size smaller than a 1/2 yard. (so not shocking that I purchased some charms...)
