Bread and cheese work together great - maybe throw in a few raw veggies and a basalmic vinegar and oil to dip them in. Yummmmmmm.
Your bread is rising! I still can't figure out the direction in that book for a container with a lid that snaps on but is not airtight. What does that mean? Should one leave a piece of the lid unsnapped?
